ok..hopefully this will get the point across. Last week Wale dropped his first album "Attention Deficit". of course he said he IS hip-hop and that he is yet another "savior". yes, he is a cool rapper, has nice rhymes, and some cool beats......but...hes not the best. and he definitely didnt save hip-hop. its pretty average. i am a fan of "Let it Loose" (simply because Pharrell is on it) and all the ones that feature women singing.lol ..its not BAD...just not the BEST. i just wish that these artists would deliver the same quality of work on their albums as they do on their mixtapes, post-stardom. then hip-hop would slowly be in recovery.
